MVC Vehicle Reported On Fire

At 1838 hrs MVFC was alerted to respond and assist Station 700 (Goldsboro)with report of an MVC , vehicle reported on fire with possible entrapment. Rescue 56-3, Engine 56-1, 56-1, and A-56 made the response. 56-15 arrived to find a single vehicle into a utility pole, vehicle was fully involved. 56-15 advised of proper address. The scene was located in our first due. 56-15 established Still Road Command. Rescue 56-3 and Engine 703 arrived and extinguished the vehicle. Crews found the driver had self extricated from the vehicle. Caroline County Paramedic 17 transported 1 to KGH in stable condition. Command placed situation under control holding 56-1 on scene t assist DSP w/ lighting. All other units cleared.
